• Where is the store based?

• Where is Studio Nykteia located?

  Studio Nykteia is located in South Carolina in the United States!

  All of our apparel is printed on demand, however, and will typically ship from California or North Carolina in the U.S., or from Latvia for many international orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All apparel is printed on demand and shipped directly from the printer in usually 2-7 business days. Most orders will ship within a week.

  After shipping, orders in the US will include tracking by default and will arrive approximately 3-8 business days, while international orders are untracked and will arrive in 1-3 weeks.

  If you wish to add tracking to an international order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number at [email protected].

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! International orders will either ship from a printer in the U.S. or in Latvia.

  Shipping costs for international orders shipping from Latvia include the corresponding VAT, but please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes in their home country.

• Why is this shop separate from your main website? Can I combine pins and shirts?

  All of my apparel is shipped directly from the printer and not kept in stock, so it’s incredibly difficult for me to combine shipping with pins and other items kept on-site.

  As such, a sub-storefront for apparel made the most sense for myself and customers to keep shipping separate and minimize confusion. If you would like items from the main shop to ship together with apparel, such as for a gift or preorder, please do not hesitate to contact me!

  Please be aware, however, that this may add additional processing time as print-on-demand items must first ship to me before everything can be processed and shipping to the recipient.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
